Learn more about Avenica and how we can support your job search at .Overview:Avenica is currently evaluating talent for a Customer Service Representative in the dental insurance industry. This person will be responsible for providing service to members and providers through effective communication as well as troubleshooting and resolving dental claim related inquiries. No prior industry experience required, and great opportunities for growth!Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
  • Respond timely to verbal and written inquiries from members, providers, brokers, or group administrators.
  • Accurately process claim adjustments.
  • Review and process claims, and troubleshoot when necessary if there are technical errors or discrepancies.
  • Maintain and follow up on documents for all adjustment requests, check investigations, overpayment letters and e-forms.
  • Complete and maintain daily reports.
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:
  • 1-2 years in a high volume customer or call center environment required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US, Avenica is not able to provide sponsorship at this time
  • High School Diploma required
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience within insurance, healthcare, or dental is a plus, but not required!
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
