  • Produce technical drawings to the highest standard for clients, contractors, and joiners.
  • Draft technical plans, elevations, sections, and details, including fitted joinery and bespoke furniture designs.
  • Manage drawings and filing according to established systems.
  • Source and procure furniture, lighting, artwork, and accessories, maintaining detailed FF&E schedules.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and manage the shipping process for installations.
  • Ensure design and quality standards are met by contractors and suppliers.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules effectively.
  • Assist in researching and selecting appropriate finishes, sanitaryware, and hardware.
  • Conduct meetings and site visits independently.
  • Create weekly client presentations with mood boards and latest drawings.
  • Support project installs, styling, and photoshoots.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, sourcing suppliers, and managing drawings.
  • Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
Skills Necessary for this Middleweight Interior Designer Role
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in high-end residential interior design.
  • Proficiency in Vectorworks, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of Interior Architecture and FF&E.
  • Ability to manage project programs and deadlines.
  • Strong graphic design skills and eye for presentation layout.
  • This role would be for someone legally eligible to work in the UK.
