- Organize and maintain shop inventory
- Point of contact for field needs of equipment and material
- Purchase materials as needed for job by job basis
- Track inventory and location of inventory
- Track whereabouts of all small tools and provide up to date reporting as needed
- Serialize all small tool purchases and enter all assets into Rummel systems
- Check out and track all small tools to jobsites & individuals
- Responsible for maintenance and repair of small tools
- Coordinates all small tool moves from job to job of employee to employee.
- Liaison with Equipment department on UTV maintenance and repairs
- Assist jobsite personnel with inventory of small tools, materials, & supplies
- Available for parts runs, vehicle maintenance, office functions
- Research vendor pricing, delivery dates, etc.
- Able and willing to operate a Forklift.
