Job description Job description KRA (KEY RESULT AREAS): Industry: Real Estate Location: Ahmedabad Work Type: Full-time | Work from Site office Preference: Local Candidate Only looking for long-term association & genuine candidates. Achieving targets for lead qualification and site visits. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that leads are provided with accurate and relevant information. Building trust and credibility with leads through effective communication and follow-up. Contributing to the overall sales and revenue targets for the organization. DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITY: Reach out to leads generated through digital campaigns via phone calls. Understand the lead's requirements for a residential property in terms of location, type of space (2bhk, 3bhk, 4bhk, etc.), budget criteria, and possession preference. Qualify the leads based on the above parameters and determine whether they are genuinely interested in purchasing a property. Educate leads about the project's features, benefits, and value proposition. Provide accurate and relevant information about the project to the leads and answer any questions they may have. Build trust and credibility with the leads through effective communication and follow-up. Handle objections and provide persuasive arguments to convince leads to visit the site. Always maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service. Schedule a site visit with the lead based on their availability and confirm the visit on the day of the visit. Ensure that the lead arrives at the site on the scheduled date and time. Provide directions to the site and answer any questions that the lead may have about the location. Follow up with the lead after the site visit to answer any further questions and gauge their interest in the project. Maintain accurate records of all leads and their status in the sales pipeline using a CRM tool.
