Staff Accountant: Manage individual relationships with clients across all products and services, focusing on strengthening relationships, and growing and retaining clients. Identify client concerns and gather additional information regarding clients’ current financial situation and potential future needs. Responsible for preparing monthly financial statements for the clients of the firm. Reconcile bank accounts and all other accounts and also close books on a monthly basis. Be updated with the knowledge of the generally accepted accounting principles. Prepare audit reports and work paper as required by the audit program. Work as a member of the audit engagement team. Works autonomously and effectively handles multiple tasks and prioritizes deadlines appropriately.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field. 12 months experience in the job offered or Associate Consultant. Knowledge or experience in completion of client reports. Knowledge or experience in conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a job discipline.
