- Manage specific customer accounts and lead the commercial relationship with them.
- Ensure the uninterrupted presence of L'Oréal products in our customers' points of sale (POS)
- Implement our commercial strategy in the assigned portfolio of customers
- Maintain the brands' image at the point of sale
- Effectively sell products and services to decision-makers within stores, highlighting their benefits and potential.
- Foster and strengthen the relationship with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with merchandising standards at the point of sale.
- Conduct competitive intelligence activities to gather insights on the points of sale.
- Bachelor's degree. Master's degree will be considered a plus
- Ideally 2-3 years of sales experience preferably in beauty and/or FMCG sector
- Familiar with corporate ways of working
- Must possess: business orientation, innovative thinking, digital savvy, analytical, negotiation & problem solving skills; ability to build win - win relationships with the clients as well as to maintain an open dialogue with the division's gatekeepers; focus on growth; resilience
- Computer skills and systems literacy
