Senior Production Lead, Brand Studio Manager

- Be a critical member of the Brand Design team which is responsible for the creative and art direction of the company, driving a unified brand identity across diverse marketing assets
- Build, manage and mentor a high-performing team of brand designers responsible for delivering work that is on brand, on time, and meets the unique needs of each given project
- Collaborate closely with our production agency to optimize how work gets done at scale
- Build out design systems, templates and libraries that can be applied consistently to speed up delivery and manage consistency of output
- Deliver on a wide-range of projects including demand generation and product marketing assets, landing pages, infographics, guides/eBooks, social media campaigns, event and other physical spaces, sales tools, advertising and other go-to-market assets that drive visibility for and interest in Snowflake
- Collaborate closely with other members of the Brand Design team and colleagues across the business including product, field, customer, partner and other teams in marketing
- Proactively contribute to design discussions and brainstorming sessions, bringing a production and ease-of-use perspective to brand design
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies to enhance the overall brand experience and keep our digital presence at the forefront of innovation
- Agile approach to shipping systems - perfect is the enemy of good, but continuous improvements and optimization are necessary for advancing scale
- Track record of impact in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high-quality design output
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; capable of working seamlessly within a team and with various stakeholders
- Technical and detail-oriented approach to design, ensuring pixel-perfect visuals
- Ability to guide and interpret creative from perspective of scale, while maintaining and advancing the brand expression
- Proven experience with 12+ years as a production manager or similar role
- Expert print production knowledge from preflight through press check
- Expert knowledge of industry-standard software: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
- Experience with Wrike, Canva, and Workfront is a plus
- Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Marketing Communications, or similar discipline
