In this role, you will: Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Responsibilities Reporting, Procedures, and Research Serve as Rule 370 and Rule 330 subject matter expert. Develop a deep knowledge of the enterprise Rule 370 system process. Be able to communicate and answer questions about the Rule 370 process and regulatory requirements. Assist in the ideation to develop new and meaningful KPI or KRI's and corresponding reports. Lead report or control creation/maintenance. This may include working with the development team and other stakeholders to design reports, drafting user stories to create reports, and testing report accuracy and efficacy. Lead monthly report/control monitoring, variance research and documentation Lead work with all LOB's to research variance or errors and drivers. Work with development team to request data to assist research (user stories and some product owner responsibility)) Maintain documentation to satisfy audit requirements and requirements for annual certification. Quarterly reconciliation - Lead variance research, and documentation in quarterly reconciliation activities Work with all LOB's to research variance and root causes coordinating with the development team for data to assist research (user stories and some product owner responsibility)) Maintain documentation to satisfy audit requirements and requirements for annual certification. Stakeholder fulfillment - satisfy ad-hoc data requests, and provide analysis and reports to stakeholders, coordinating with development team (user stories and some product owner responsibility) Procedures - Identify, draft, and maintain procedures. Identify and draft procedures to document Rule 370 team processes Document and maintain procedures in-line with WF Risk policy Formal issue management - (Rule 370 team does not currently own any issues) Perform issue management activities in the event the team is assign an issue and/or corrective action. Required Qualifications: 8+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications Strong Project Management skills Good Stakeholder Management skills Understands how to navigate and work within a large matrixed organization Ability to understand and communicate complex concepts with different audiences ( developers vs. business managers), Strong writing skills, able to work with details but sees the big picture to drive to an acceptable solution. Proficient Microsoft Office applications Proficient in Visio, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,.
