- Report to Sr Product Manager within the Marketing Communications organization
- Supervise a team of graphic design, printer/collators, and other marketing contractors to develop and produce graphic design and marketing assets in support of multiple businesses and teams. This includes scheduling, quality and output supervision, and ensuring adherence best practices and company standards, as well as training onboarding new contractors/vendors.
- Role is responsible for the workflow from intake to delivery of the design and production of marketing assets, sales tools, digital media, and displays, as well as color management, digital asset management, and graphic design support. This includes supervision of quality of print and digital assets of all contractors and vendors.
- Manages all print-on-demand tools and processes
- Working with marketing communications management team, this individual is responsible for delivering cohesive messaging and support of the company brand
- Identify and Collaborate on Process and Cost improvement projects to steamlline marketing production, including oversight of complex projects to recommend and implement new processes, new IT systems, and new vendors
- Other duties as assigned
- Proven ability to develop ideas, oversee graphic design, and implement concepts to support promotion/program or launch initiatives:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Creative abilities/approach to sales tools and design
- Strong process improvement leadership and coaching for development of problem solving and PI opportunities.
- Knowledge and understanding of best-in-class production and design tools, techniques.
- Strong reasoning, logic
- Proactive style, able to identify needs, start and manage projects independently
- High level of capability using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat
- Proven color management skills, including Creative Suite; Adobe certification
- Familiarity with MAC operating systems, current applications, i.e. OS system
- Familiarity with proofing systems to implement and manage on-site proofing
- Analytical skills to evaluate project time, workflow, and resource capacity
- Negotiating skills to manage vendor relationships, pricing, and contracts
- Project management familiarity and project management methodology
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify a problem and take the necessary steps to overcome it
- 5+ Years of Experience Working in Marketing Production or equivalent preferred.
