The Reservations Executive will be responsible for handling daily reservations and bookings, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated focus on customer satisfaction Experience in reservations and customer service Sales experience and ability to upsell Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets Knowledge of hotel or resort industry Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
