The ideal candidate will have an understanding of Active Directory in large, global enterprise environments, particularly in sensitive sectors like finance, healthcare, government, or technology. Role is responsible for implementing and maintaining the Active Directory infrastructure to ensure the availability, security, and scalability of directory services. In this role, you will implement architecture solutions for a global dispersed Active Directory Forest environment and support the planning for the client AD migration alongside a coordinated Microsoft 365 consolidation.Responsibilities:

You will support client workshops, discovery, design, and migration plan and approach in support of seamlessly migrating Active Directory Forests including all users, computers, GPOs, services and objects.
Executing tasks in support of the designing, planning, and implementing extensive Active Directory migrations for 5000+ users across multiple forests and domains.
As Perform initial discovery efforts, defining data collection requirements based on inputs needed to develop a successful migration plan.
Utilize advanced data analysis techniques and benchmarks to define the future state migration plan, and the pre-migration activities necessary to close gaps on co-existence requirements.
Forecast backend infrastructure needs resulting from the migration of multiple entities into a single architecture.
Optimize end-to-end system performance and migration workflows.
Conduct data captures to obtain computing performance and system configuration information.
Define migration plans that accelerate execution and minimize impact to the user community.
Establish migration plans for complex n-tier applications and services.
Gather needed data to forecast long-term capacity and performance requirements.
Implement the Active Directory architecture based on organizational requirements and team lead guidance.
Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the AD infrastructure.
Setup and configure the performance monitoring of Active Directory services and take proactive measures to optimize performance.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, focusing on Active Directory services and migrations.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator
Expert, or Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
Strong time management skills, committed, proactive individual with the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
Experience with Windows Server 2008/2008 R2, Server 2012/2012R2, Server 2016, and Server 2019
Enterprise management (more than 10,000 users) experience with design, implementation, BCDR
