- Executes Market business planning process - Customer/Channel planning Aligns QXP(Quantity X by price) & Rolling Forecast.
- If responsible for managing a market leads Market S&OP with Market MT
- Drives Sales fulfillment.
- Executes harmonized Order Management & Customer Service processes.
- Optimizes Market network, Simplification/Cost saving programs.
- Standardizes/consolidates - Order desk, W/H, Distribution etc. (where applicable)
- Drives SKU/portfolio management, other complexity reduction programs.
- Delivers Inventory (FG) & inventory quality targets.
- Drives Customer Collaboration/Visibility - Order Mgmt.
- Supports digitization of commercial processes (Sales & Marketing). May manage implementation of certain sales & Marketing tools for the market.
- Develop standard reports and commercial analysis to support the sales performance management.
- Analysis and reporting on various sales metrics from tools like DMS, SFA, Mylighting, SFDC etc.
- Supports the sales incentive process for one or more commercial channels.
- Be the champion across commercial teams to drive self-service reporting adoption.
- Develop and conduct sales analytics using customer, competitor, and market data to translate them into
- actionable Sales & Marketing strategies. Review and communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
- If part of the pricing & market intelligence team is responsible for researching, forecasting and analyzing pricing.
- and market data to make strategic decisions that have long-term impact on the business.
- Ensures frequent and efficient reporting and communication.

- Facilitates or supports project management of price improvements.

- Knowledge of digitation and sales performance management
- Experience with robotic process automation software & knowledge of AGILE methodologies preferred

- Understands commercial/industrial/ consumer markets, customers and services/products
- Has the ability to design and execute business processes around customer needs
