Utilities Manager

• Oversee the setup of Wi-Fi, gas, electric, and other amenities to enhance guest experiences.
• Coordinate with utility providers for accurate and timely billing of water, gas, and electric services.
• Lead a team in managing utility-related tasks, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Review supplier utility rates annually to ensure cost-saving opportunities are identified.
• Ensure accurate tax payments are made on time for all properties.

• Previous experience in utility or property management preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Basic understanding of utilities and billing processes, with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.

• You have at least 2 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate.
• You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
• You have working knowledge of Handling Payments, Managing Utility Requirements, Microsoft Office and Software Applications
