- Conduct introductory assessments
- Execute an effective prospecting strategy using approved company lead generation techniques
- Attain company targets, including revenue and client retention
- Follow up on leads and referrals
- Maintain regular communications with potential and existing customers
- Must be an advocate of fitness and exercise
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
- Must be able to follow our sales system
- Holding a current N.C.C.A. or N.B.F.E accredited Personal Training certification is a plus but not required
- Must be a goal achiever who understands how to develop, set and achieve personal goals
- Must be a strong verbal communicator
- Must love helping people change their lives through fitness
- Extremely neat, organized, detailed, and thorough
- Enjoys multitasking, adapting to changing situations, and works well with monthly performance goals
- Honest, friendly, fun, disciplined, and enjoys regular exercise
- Has an interest in personal education and development
- Takes feedback well and is coachable
- Works hard and does whatever it takes to get a job done right
- Takes ownership of responsibilities
- Option to participate in company 401k after a year of employment
- 1 week vacation after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, 3 weeks after 5 years

- Annual earnings are based on performance and can range from $50,000 to $60,000
