Job Description***This position is a travel position. Travel will be between Somerset, Marlboro, and Willingboro, NJ. Mileage reimbursement available. ***What You Get to Do:The Individual Service Plan (ISP) Coordinator is responsible for the development of the strategies, objectives and activities that will enable the consumers receiving day habilitation and pre-vocational services to meet their day habilitation and pre-vocational outcomes. These strategies should be designed to meet the educational, social, emotional, cognitive and physical needs of the program participants based upon identified interests, needs, abilities and consistent with the individual’s service plan.The Individual Service Plan (ISP) Coordinator is responsible to work cooperatively with the Vocational Program Director, Behavior Support Specialist, and other staff in the development, implementation and evaluation of skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans, and to assist the vocational program director in maintaining consistency in programming across multiple vocational day programs throughout the state of New Jersey.QualificationsWhat Makes You a Great Fit:
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, social work or related field preferred.
  • 3 years prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required.
  • Prior experience developing consumer goals/outcomes, strategies/objectives and implementation methods is required.
  • Experience with creating ISPs and using documentation software (Therap) preferred
  • Must have good decision-making, time management and excellent communication skills.
  • Must be willing to travel between all day programs.
