There's never been a more exciting time to join Deel - the international payroll and compliance market leader.DutiesOperational excellenceYou will work on an end-to-end launch of a new HR serviceYou will be a key player at the day to day service operationStrategic projectsYou will help define product strategy, including taxation, employee benefits, risk & legal services, payroll and trainingYou will work on market sizing, revenues projections, and competition analysis to help position Deel's offering on the market and drive revenue growthProduct DevelopmentYou will work with the Product team to design, develop, test, and launch new new product features on Deel's platformRequirementsHave 3-5 years of work experience with PEO in management consulting or a PEO operations role for a providerOn site position for either Atlanta, GA or Phoenix, AZPrevious experience working with the Prism HRHave a solid track record of achievement - e.g. earned positions of leadership including in extracurriculars or competitive sports, you have worked in a top tier company/startup, have quickly assumed responsibilities, or have won competitive awardsCan break complex problems into smaller, actionable solution stepsAre curious by nature and interested in making an impactYou love working with dataHave excellent written and verbal communication in EnglishWho you arePassionate about HR operations and optimizationYou are a problem solver.
