Join us and be part of our inspiring journey.Edwards is looking for an agile, goal-oriented and experienced marketer to join the global downstream organization in its efforts to boldly drive the successful commercialization of the TMTT portfolio globally. In this role you will be a key player in the development and execution of marketing programs and strategies, supporting global launches of exciting TMTT therapies.Job Summary: Support the planning and execution of marketing strategies for new therapy launches.You will make an impact by…Develop and drive the execution of commercial, downstream marketing strategies for new products and therapies in partnership with sales, marketing, and training teams to achieve or exceed business goals.Lead global downstream product marketing activities, including generation of product materials and programs to support launch and commercialization strategies (e.g. user journey, campaigns, initiatives, customer engagements, and communication plans)Partner with regional marketing teams to ensure appropriate alignment of commercial strategies.Establish credibility, serving as a subject matter expert (SME) on product, championing and communicating on the therapy both internally and externallyCollaborate closely with key stakeholders and cross functional partners to define and support the development and communication of a body of clinical, economic, and technical evidenceTrack competitive activities and market trends, proactively develop key marketing campaignsDrive marketing collateral through all relevant legal and regulatory approval processes with effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholdersThis is an on-site role based in our corporate headquarters in Irvine, CA.What you’ll need (Required):Bachelor's Degree in related fieldMinimum of 8 years of related experience working in marketing or healthcare industry or Master's Degree with a minimum of 6 years of related experience working in marketing or healthcare industryWhat else we look for (Preferred):Proven successful project management skillsProven expertise in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectivesRecognized as an expert in own area with specialized depth within the organizationSkilled at taking disparate pieces of complex data, and using that data to form recommendations and a cohesive strategy that can be easily communicated to othersExpert understanding of related aspects of marketing concepts and principlesExtensive understanding of broad market research designs, develops market research programs and demonstrates an in-depth understanding of commercial goals behind researchPossess strong clinical knowledge, experience and knowledge of the clinical areas where Edwards' products are used or intended to be used, understand the purchasing process and challenges for product adoption in complex healthcare networksAbility to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organizationAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environmentRepresents leadership on projects within a specific working closely with cross-functional team, marketing peers and leaders and managing needs and messaging to upper managementConsult in project setting within specific marketing areaAligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.For California the base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $170,000 (highly experienced).The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
