Senior Product Manager: Cloud Provider Data Management

- Contribute to the development of a next-gen, cloud-based SaaS offering for the Provider Data Management market.
- Work directly with health plans, agile engineering teams, and other internal functions to define and manage vision, business requirements, and use cases for the SaaS solution to ensure a successful product launch.
- Develop a deep understanding of market needs and use cases, and represent the needs of the market when defining, designing, and building product features.
- Evangelize market needs both internally and externally to obtain buy-in and drive industry adoption.
- Work directly with customers on business needs, requirements, and quantified business cases
- Assist in defining the product roadmap by prioritizing requests from both external and internal stakeholders, with key focus on identifying opportunities for product differentiation and competitive advantage.
- Lead and define high-level business requirements, non-functional requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for select product areas.
- For broader initiatives within the organization, prioritize and coordinate delivery of multiple product features across multiple engineering teams.
- Lead grooming sessions with assigned engineering scrum teams.
- Lead the commercialization of key aspects of the solution working with Product Marketing and related functions.
- Demonstrate completed product features to both internal and external key stakeholders.
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated employment experience managing cloud-based solutions.
- A minimum of 7 years of demonstrated employment experience and skills in data management technologies, databases, and data analytics.
- A minimum of 7 years of demonstrated employment experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools, including all related processes such as story mapping, requirements writing, prioritized backlogs, product ownership within a scrum team.
- A minimum of 7 years of demonstrated employment experience working with enterprise customers and managing complex customer relationships.
- A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated employment experience in healthcare.
