Reporting directly to the NPI Supervisor, the New Product Introduction Project Manager position offers an exciting opportunity for those looking for a proactive and challenging role. Through your role, you will be responsible for providing the expertise and support needed to introduce new products and processes, while collaborating on the resolution of technical issues. Your mission will be to lead or support various projects aimed at improving our products, both in terms of quality and productivity.Advantages

  • Use technical expertise in current production processes to ensure project viability.
  • Oversee every step of the client project, from design to production, ensuring customer approval and satisfaction.
  • Ensure contact with the client and take charge of their projects.
  • Collaborate with account managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare quotes and ensure compliance with client requirements.
  • Coordinate the necessary tests and prepare the associated documentation.
  • Ensure a rigorous follow-up during production to guarantee the quality and compliance of the products.
  • Serve as an internal technical resource to answer questions and resolve issues encountered.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering preferably with experience in packaging technologies or any other relevant experience;
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in cosmetic pharmaceuticals;
  • Good computer literacy;

  • Ability to communicate effectively in French and English, both orally and in writing, fostering positive relationships.
  • Assertive trust in customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Natural curiosity and open-mindedness to continually explore new ideas and concepts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating organization and prioritization.
  • Strong team spirit, fostering collaboration and collective resolution of challenges.
  • Ability to perform even in stressful situations
