Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst for a leading Business Management Consulting Co in Dubai. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, providing financial insights, and making recommendations to improve financial performance. This is a full-time position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and requires a mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years. Qualifications And Skills Education Qualification : CFA / CA Inter / ACCA / MBA. Other qualification : Certifications in Financial Modelling, Valuation 4 to 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail. Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis techniques. Advanced knowledge of Excel and other financial software. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Good oral and written communication skills in English Excellent analytical skills Expert level knowledge in MS Excel Preferably having created business plans, financial feasibility models and business valuation reports. Roles And Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION: The ideal candidate should Support the Manager in ensuring that work is executed as planned Be capable of working independently and under minimal supervision Be capable of independently participating in online client meetings Work specified hours assigned by Manager and ensure timely completion of tasks Deliver client expectations in accordance with our agreed scope of work Be capable of preparing complex yet error-free financial models using excel Be able to understand client requirements, their business operations, and capture these in financial models Use business valuation techniques including DCF Valuation, Net Asset Method of Valuation, VC methods etc. Prepare high quality valuation reports, business plans, charts, and investor pitch decks using PowerPoint or MS Word. Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues through online calls, and in-person meetings as required Resolve any client issues involving the assignment promptly Have the flexibility in taking on engagements which may require additional learning of new industry verticals Ensure that all assignment related documents are stored and uploaded in a timely manner Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive financial reports, including profitability analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Identify financial trends and recommend solutions to improve financial performance. Evaluate financial statements and ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Monitor and analyze financial transactions and variances, and provide recommendations to management. Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure timely and accurate reporting. Assist in creating financial models and conducting financial analysis to support business decisions. Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders. Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to financial analysis. Provide financial support and advice to other departments within the organization. Conduct financial research and analysis to support strategic initiatives and business growth.
