As a Treatment Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to effectively communicate treatment options and associated costs to our patients. You'll serve as the liaison between our doctors and patients, gathering information from new patients, collaborating on treatment plans, and presenting these plans to our patients.We're looking for someone who is knowledgeable about various treatments, timelines, and capable of negotiating financial arrangements with our clients. Additionally, you'll create a welcoming environment for our patients, especially those with concerns about dental expenses.In this role, you'll also coordinate with other offices involved in patient care and handle internal accounting tasks to support our practice's profitability goals.
