Support and lead lean manufacturing work practices including 5s, AM, problem solving to drive continuous improvement activity at site.
Be accountable for maintaining and reporting the progress against the Princes Manufacturing System (PMS) for EOL ensuring at all times alignment with the objectives of the business.
Performing a detailed gap analysis across site processes, performance and operational plans affecting any aspect of the manufacturing process.
Creating a culture of best practice and continuous improvement that focuses on elimination of waste in all forms.
