- Develop and run EW RF Test Bench scenarios
- Analyze and validate scenario data in support of E2-C/D and MH-60 platforms Mission Library programming
- Coordinate troubleshooting co-ops with AMES test team to resolve radar programming defects
- Evaluating, developing and managing systems level requirements to include analyzing requirements for appropriate decomposition, allocation, traceability and document the results
- Develop test bench analyst training and reference material
- Participating in development and review of technical documentation (requirements, designs, test, procedures, presentations, etc.)
- Participating in review boards, status meetings, and coordinate with internal/external agencies and customers
- The candidate will work within an integrated government/contractor team
- Active DoD issued Secret Clearance
- 15+ years of experience as an RF Test Engineer
- 10+ years of experience with Electronic Warfare Test Bench testing
- BS Degree; OR additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Electronic Warfare knowledge and experience with understanding of threat systems, mission analysis, and Concept of Operations
- Ability to work independently, determine and develop approach to solutions
- Familiarity with AT LEAST two of the following RF Test Bench simulation systems: AMES, NEWEG, A2PATS, UXG
- Familiarity with the following EW systems: ALQ-210, ALQ-217, or ALR-218
- Familiarity with any of the following systems is helpful: APR-39(V) 1 and 2, ALR-67(V) 2 and 3, ALQ 126B, ALQ-165, ALQ-214
- Familiarity with the Mission Data programming for the following platforms is highly desirable: MH-60R, and E-2C/D
- Familiarity with the Mission Data programming for the FA-18, EA-18G, JSF
- Effective interface with senior-level leaders, end users, analysis and other contractor and customer personnel in a diverse team setting
