This position will combine and route wires, attach connectors, bind wires, and place split loom over wires. That's why we're an employee-owned company.Primary Function:Test and troubleshoot a variety of electronic ground support radios according to the customer's acceptance test procedures.Principal Responsibilities:
  • Utilizing the customer's procedures to complete basic to moderately complex test and analytics.
  • Work on a fast pace electronics manufacturing team.
  • Troubleshoot and repair build issues and PCB modules.
  • Meet or exceed all electrostatic discharge (ESD) and safety procedures, as applicable to testing and troubleshooting of radios.
  • Complete all required documentation for manufacturing activities.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.
  • Work will be conducted 100% onsite.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology/ Electronics or Trade School Certificate, or equivalent formal military training/work, or RF test experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of test equipment (specifically DMM, Oscilloscope, Power supply, Signal generator, Modulation Analyzer, Audio Analyzer, Power meter, frequency counter, function generator and Spectrum Analyzer)
  • Detail oriented, accuracy with work, and organization skills are key to the success of this position.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. on regular basis.
  • Ability to stand, sit and move around the facility varying amounts.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and automated test equipment.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Responsive and approachable to internal and external customer requirements.
  • Meet or exceed all AS9100 (Aerospace Standard) procedures and guidelines, as applicable to radio testing and troubleshooting.
