- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including functional analyses.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians/RBTs in the implementation of behavioral interventions.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress towards goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
- Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings.
- Contribute to the research and development of new behavioral strategies and interventions.
- Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of current evidence-based practices in the field of behavior analysis.
