Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Greet and welcome customers to the boutique, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Listen to their needs, preferences, and desires to offer personalized assistance. Product Knowledge : Develop in-depth knowledge of our watch collections, including their history, craftsmanship, and unique features. Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in the luxury watch industry. Sales and Consultation: Guide clients through the selection process, providing expert advice and recommendations based on their preferences. Assist clients in making informed decisions, ensuring they find the perfect timepiece. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a database of client information and preferences to foster long-term relationships. Follow up with clients and provide after-sales support, including servicing and maintenance advice. Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an aesthetically pleasing boutique environment by ensuring watches are displayed attractively and in an organized manner. Inventory Management : Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and communicate product availability to clients. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical sales practices and compliance with all industry regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field is preferred. 2 - 7 years of experience in luxury retail sales , preferably in high-end fashion or luxury watches . Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for luxury fashion and watches. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
