Assist customers in selecting a new vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responsesSpending time with clients to determine their needs and advise vehicle options and pricingContinuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologiesWorking with the Sales Management team to provide quotes and explain financing optionsReport directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysesUse the CRM to follow up with prospective client customers, set appointments, answer leads, follow up on portfolio and return email / voicemail throughout the dayPerform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new vehiclesFollow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral businessLearn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situationsBring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single dayPerforms other administrative duties as assigned by managementMaintains high ethical standards in all actionsAlways maintains professional appearanceQUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of 2 to 3 years of automotive sales experienceHighline dealership experience a plusAvailable to work flexible hours and weekendsSelf-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferredReady to waste no time on learning product ins and outs, eager to improvePhenomenal communication skills with customers and team membersProfessional, well-groomed personal appearanceClean driving record and valid driver’s licenseCDK experience a plusAbility to drive manual transmission preferredExcellent follow through and customer service skillsHigh attention to detailCOMPENSATION:The Salesperson Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $18.07 and $18.07. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.Monthly Pay Range: $3,132 - $15,000We are a drug free environment.
