We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!The OpportunityWe are looking for a Principal Product Manager for the Adobe Analytics suite, which consists of Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Product Analytics. Adobe Analytics sits within the Adobe Experience Cloud which helps enterprises with their digital acceleration and provides them with unparalleled customer experience management tools to digitally transform and deliver holistic, personalized experiences at scale, tailoring each moment of the customer journey to each customer. Data & insights are essential to the management of these customer journeys. Adobe Analytics plays a critical role in helping anyone who manages the customer journey, from marketing to product to call center teams, to answer critical questions about their customers and help create excellent experiences.In this role, you will shape the product strategy, drive execution, and mentor junior team members. You will be accountable for driving business results in collaboration with design, engineering, product marketing, sales and many other cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leading Adobe categories of customer experience and analytics, exude ownership of the business, and be able to deliver tangible results in a matrixed environment. Additionally, they will need to demonstrate a very pragmatic “startup” mentality with a strong bias for short cycle learning, execution, and tactical decisiveness.What You'll DoLead the planning and execution of strategic product initiatives, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trendsStay ahead of industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities to inform product strategy, innovation, and strategic investmentCollaborate with design, engineering, product marketing, and sales to align on product vision, strategy, GTM, pricing & packaging and business prioritiesDeliver high-quality products that address unmet user needs and mitigate business viability, value, feasibility, and usability risksCultivate a user-centric approach to product development, incorporating user feedback, concept testing, and usability testing into an iterative development processDevelop and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap to product leadership and executive teamsTrain sales, support and consulting teams in how to sell, troubleshoot and use the new technology being developedWhat You Will Need To Succeed8+ years product management experienceExperience in product analytics, customer experience analytics, or digital analytics markets.Hands on experience with product analytics software preferred (Amplitude, Mixpanel, FullStory, Heap, Pendo, etc).MBA or master’s degree preferred or equivalent experienceExperience developing enterprise-level software-as-a-serviceA pragmatic leader with a growth mindset, willing to drive both strategy and fast paced executionAbility to establish a business case, validate a hypothesis, and grow features from inception to market scalabilityA passion for constant optimization and improvement, combined with a steady focus on customer experienceProven success influencing peers across cross-functional teams in a high matrixed and global organization environmentStrong executive presence and excellent communication skillsOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $146,800 -- $262,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
