- Responsible for entering customer purchase orders. (receive, review, approve, process, audit, follow-up, complete file)
- Ability to review flow down requirements and deem if necessary, according to the customer contract.
- Review lead times and pricing according to the contract.
- Build working relationships and trust with the customer, Customer Service team counterpart in Lenexa, working closely to meet KPIs for Order Entry
- Manage large amounts of purchase order requests and changes.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment juggling multiple requests.
- Could require occasional evening or early morning calls to align and coordinate with Lenexa, KS team.
- Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.
- Performs other related duties as required.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Superior organizational skills
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Written and oral communication skills
- Aerospace/Manufacturing industry experience, preferred
- SAP knowledge and experience is a plus
- Willing to work mid-shift schedule as needed.
