• Prepare and review monthly financial statements.
• Collaborate with ownership to create budgets and manage fiscal responsibility.
• Monitor job cost reports and work-in-progress updates.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning tailored to construction projects.
• Maintain financial statement models
• Develop and monitor business performance metrics.
• Implement and manage financial control systems to track project expenses, labor costs, and material procurement.
• Prevent cost overruns and ensure adherence to financial projections
• Mentor and guide direct reports as the company continues to grow.
• Collaborate with senior management and operations managers to ensure financial directives are followed.
• Participate in ongoing strategic planning.
• Work with external auditors
• Monitor internal controls
• Update policies and procedures
