- Oversee inspection processes, including quality control, nondestructive testing, and final inspection.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely inspections, aligning with delivery requirements.
- Establish and monitor quality KPIs for continuous improvement.
- Develop initiatives aligning inspection processes with quality objectives and business goals.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Support audits and corrective actions for compliance and quality improvement.
- Provide guidance and training to inspection teams.
- Maintain calibration system and uphold workplace standards.
- Contribute to the Quality Management System alignment with aerospace industry standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in manufacturing quality management.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
