- Handles customer data base updates such as customer master data and pricelist maintenance;
- Guarantee the accuracy of pricing data in ERP, targeting to eliminate pricing errors and ensure accurate communication to customers/clients;
- Responsible for documenting and maintaining pricing processes;
- Responsible for the review and administration of price deviations and exceptions;
- Respond to pricing queries escalated from sales and other employees as needed;
- Effect promotional pricing in designated product categories and territories;
- Ensure that prices and specific programs conform to the organization's pricing strategy;
- Provide support for system upgrades and implementations related to pricing;
- Administer and upload exceptions for customers price list from customers;
- Undertake ad-hoc pricing analysis as required by superiors.
- Minimum 3 year of experience in customer service with a minimum 1 year in a data maintenance role (Pricing);
- Proven track record driving process improvement initiatives;
- Represents the company professionally, ethically, and morally at all times;
- Experience working with ERP systems: Oracle, Agile preferred;
- Excellent mandatory written communication in English + one other European language;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mathematical reasoning;
- Ability to multi-task, embrace change and innovate in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to analyze data to identify trends and root cause issues;
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions;
- Basic Excel Skills.
