The Assistant Event Coordinator will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events and activities to promote The One Agency's brand and services.Pay range:$21.00 - $32.00 hourlyResponsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows, seminars, networking events, and client appreciation events.
  • Coordinate logistical details for events, such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, signage, and promotional materials.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of event invitations, promotional materials, and attendee communications.
  • Support event registration and attendee management, including RSVP tracking, attendee lists, and on-site registration.
  • Assist in coordinating event schedules, timelines, and run-of-show documents to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Provide on-site support during events, including set-up, registration, attendee assistance, and breakdown.
  • Assist in post-event activities, such as gathering feedback, evaluating event success, and preparing post-event reports.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software and tools.
