- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows, seminars, networking events, and client appreciation events.
- Coordinate logistical details for events, such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, signage, and promotional materials.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of event invitations, promotional materials, and attendee communications.
- Support event registration and attendee management, including RSVP tracking, attendee lists, and on-site registration.
- Assist in coordinating event schedules, timelines, and run-of-show documents to ensure smooth event execution.
- Provide on-site support during events, including set-up, registration, attendee assistance, and breakdown.
- Assist in post-event activities, such as gathering feedback, evaluating event success, and preparing post-event reports.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software and tools.
