- Manage supervision and hourly employees to meet customer requirement and production standards.
- Manages the shipment of 2.1M lines per year to North American and Global Distributors
- Collaborates directly with Distributors, Materials, Distribution, and Customer Care to implement an outbound strategy that supports the needs of the parts business with an optimized balance between customer service and cost.
- Identify productivity improvement opportunities using the Komatsu Way principles. Drive employees to embrace the 5s culture.
- Establish and manage functional metrics and measure performance to standard.
- Manages 4 supervisors, 4 team leads and 121 full-time employees over 2 shift outbound operation.
- Lead, direct and manage to ensure that the reporting staff executes on delivering consistent high-quality level service and customer satisfaction; and achieves a profitable, cost efficient operations in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Revise standard operating procedures, eliminating non-value-added activities, and driving continuous improvement programs in all areas of the inbound function.

- Continuously lead employees to ensure accuracy, productivity and flexibility.
- Act as direct supervision as required.
- Other duties as directed by the Director, Distribution.
- Operation management skills: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or related field a plus.
- 5 - 7 years industry experience in Distribution or operational supervision/management.
- Business administration or equivalent professional experience.
- Good team building skills.
- Able to relate with all levels of the organization.
- Good project and budget management skills.
- Good organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Must have a strong sense of urgency for self and all subordinates.
