About the opportunityThis role will be managing and improving the logistics performance of all cities across the country, taking ownership of various service levels by measuring compliance, finding performance gaps and executing a plan to fill performance-related gaps.What's On Your Plate?Report and monitor KPIs and performance SLAsIdentify and solve logistics performance related problems by analyzing and deriving insights from large, complex sets of dataResponsible for country compliance with OD processes and tools (e.g staffing, forecasting, etc.)Provide all data needed for performance improvement on country level and acting as a consultant for the Head of LogisticsLead supervisors/trainers related to logistics performance KPIsWork alongside country sales & marketing teams on actions and activities to drive performance forward for own deliveryOptimize country infrastructure, event thresholds & give input in DBDF to improve overall performanceProvide weekly updates to country management on projects & performance progressWhat Did We Order?Bachelor's Degree, MBA is a plus5-8 years of experience in food/grocery tech industry is highly preferredExtensive experience in SQL, Data Analytics tools like tableau, looker, etcStrong communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent stakeholder management skills: Experience in dealing with cross-cultural team members and cross-functional teamsAbility to analyze data and derive insights from comprehensive data reportsAbility to deal with ambiguity, work under pressure, handle stress,An individual contributor who can work in a fast-paced environment with a make it happen attitudeWho we areAs the region's leading local tech organization, we're proud to say that we have been delivering for millions of people right across MENA for the past 18 years.
