- Ensure health and Safety of South and team members by applying relevant standards and procedures in all planning and execution of maintenance activities.
- Perform inspections in accordance with the MHSA regulations and company standards.
- Contribute to the culture of Zero Harm by adhering to all requirements as laid down by legislation health safety environmental security policies and procedures and by the application of specific instructions to own work area and task completion
- Daily verification and validation, that the operate and maintain for reliability training outcomes are being applied effectively by the Operators, Artisans and Supervisors at the working areas underground, intervene when required and reinforce expectations
- Interact and discuss with Artisans during on-the-job observations to identify any improvement opportunities to preserve asset health
- Grade 12
- Mechanical or Electrical trade certificate
- N4 Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- 8 years' experience as a trackless mobile machinery Artisan/Foreman.
- 10 years' experience in underground mining
