- Contact clients as necessary to ensure payment of outstanding invoices.
- Reconcile any irregularities in checks or deposits.
- Work collaboratively with accounts payable and other accounting personnel to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Audit all receipts in a timely manner to ensure accuracy in accounting.
- Generate and deliver reports to various departments as needed.
- Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in incoming and outgoing payments.
- Academic background in accounting, finance, or similar.
- Usage of MS Excel, and CRM/ ERP systems.
- Advanced English (oral and written communication)
- 1 to 3 years of experience in accounts receivable from clients abroad.
