- 3+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Lawyer
- Strong background in handling cases in any of these areas; defects in residential or commercial construction projects, and trucking litigation.
- Additional experience in premise liability, auto liability, wrongful death, and product liability is advantageous
- Minimum 3 years of Personal Injury defense
- Trial experience preferred
- Ability to manage a litigation caseload independently
- Proficiency in mediations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Commitment to billable hours of 160 per month
- Independently manage a litigation caseload
- Represent builders, developers, contractors, and other parties involved in construction defect cases
- Conduct mediations effectively
- Maintain regular client contact, both written and oral
- $110,000-$160,000 + discretionary bonus
