As an HR Coordinator you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth by managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining personnel records. Manage employee records, including maintaining employee information, contracts, and documentation, certificates, HRIS data maintenance and KPI's.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters, such as payroll, leave management, and employment policies
Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation policies
Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee progress
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven work experience as a Human Resources Administrator or similar role
Strong knowledge of HR functions and processes
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Fluent in English
Proficiency in Spanish/German is desirable
