Our client, a large financial institution is seeking a Lead Execution Consultant to join their team. As a Lead Execution Consultant, you will be part of the Finance & Risk Regulatory supporting Commercial Banking. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial banking, FR Y-14Q and regulatory reporting which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Lead Execution ConsultantLocation: Charlotte, Dallas, Des Moines, Minneapolis, Phoenix, New York/New Jersey, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, San Antonio, San Francisco, Concord, St. LouisPay Range: $70-75/hrCandidates will be interested in joining this team if they want to work in an exciting area where Data meets Banking. This role is hybrid, located in an office of 3 days per week, and ability to work remote 2 days per week. The Consultant will work collaboratively with members of CB Lending Transformation product groups, Front Line Risk and Control, CB Operations, Risk, Finance and other teams to identify, articulate, and deliver data solutions that enable key business initiatives and/or mitigate risk. The selected candidate will require to understand multiple regulatory reports instructions ( Basel III, Y14Q, 2052a, BSA/AML etc.), map reporting requirements to physical elements in CBL system and manage the defects aligned to CBL domain through the entire lifecycle of defect management.Act as a key data subject matter expert for Financial & Risk Regulatory reporting.Lead the execution and delivery of data transformational and remediation activities working closely with the LOB Product team(s) - Loan Delivery, Loan Accounting, Lending Collateral, and LOB leader(s) across the Lending domain of CB and CIBParticipate in Regulatory Data Product Backlog refinement, prioritization, pre-planning event, working with the product manager and stakeholders to define the architectural approach, capability roadmap, and high-level objectives for the roadmap.Simplify the E2E data supply chain (Produce => Distribute => Use) of Lending data for high priority regulatory reporting (eg: FRY 14Q, FR 2052a), while ensuring no disruption to these high priority commitments during conversion/transformationProvide vision, leadership, and industry expertise regarding complex companywide strategies that significantly influence the organization's business and financial operationsProvide vision, leadership, and industry expertise regarding complex companywide strategies that significantly influence the organization's business and financial operationsPlan and manage strategic initiatives, using solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of international businessIf this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
