- Keep financial data and records.
- Responsible for administrative tasks related to financial record-keeping.
- Conduct all bank reconciliations
- Assist with clerical and administrative tasks
- Assist with preparing financial reports
- Assist with financial and budget reports
- Other responsibilities as may be assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- A part qualification of a professional certification (e.g., ICA, ACCA) is a plus.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in an audit firm.
- Knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in the use of an accounting software, such as QuickBooks Online.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of explaining complex financial information in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
