About the Role:As a Bath & Shower Installer at Bath Flip, you will be responsible for installing and repairing bath and shower remodeling for our clients.   • Install and repair bath and shower tubs, bases, walls and fixtures according to company specifications
  • Install vanities, toilets and LVT flooring according to company specifications
  • Ensure proper plumbing connections for optimal functionality
  • Inspect and troubleshoot issues with existing fixtures and products
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a bath and shower installer
  • Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
