If you're ready to take your career to the next level and gain valuable experience, apply today!Under the direction of the Director of National Support Recruiting, the Specialist, Recruitment Marketing will be responsible for marketing the organization as an employer of choice; and support the Recruitment Marketing Strategy by partnering with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to create engaging content. The Specialist, Recruiting Marketing will plan, monitor, project manage and report on recruitment marketing efforts.Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Director of Recruiting in creating and executing recruitment branding and sourcing strategies to further develop and grow the PDS employer brand.
  • Coordinate internal recruitment marketing campaigns to generate team member referrals.
  • Provide reporting on key sourcing and recruiting metrics by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends for continuous improvement.
  • Assist with job posting execution, including revising job descriptions as needed; strategically featured jobs on career sites, micro sites and social media and track ROI.
  • Manage employer brand sites (Glassdoor, indeed, etc.) - update content monthly; increase brand recognition/awareness in current and new markets and respond to comments and reviews as agreed upon.
  • Partner with Marketing and People Services teams to uncover team member stories and coordinate with each to bring these stories to life on digital platforms through videos, photos, and other compelling content to be pushed to recruitment channel sites.
  • Develop and execute recruiting campaigns to ensure high visibility of roles; increase applicant flow.
  • Audit and update email templates for recruiter communication and notes in the CRM
  • Act as recruiting POC for feedback on employer branding initiatives for social media channels.
  • Support long-term strategies to promote PDS employer brand and drive towards strategic functional hiring trends that align with company growth initiatives.
  • Create, measure, and provide reports to the recruiting leadership team on the status and effectiveness of employer brand strategies and campaigns.
  • Lead various projects related to candidate experience and employer branding.
  • Organize and manage Recruiter Summits, synthesize action items, arrange follow-up sessions, and ensure execution of key takeaways.
  • Administer annual Intern program and events with collaboration from key members of the recruiting team in the various Support Centers.
  • Recommend and implement new tactics for continuous improvement with key strategic channel partners, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Indeed and Glassdoor.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, People Services, Leadership Development, and Marketing as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by company management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. In lieu of degree, 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • 2+ years of related Talent Acquisition or Human Resources work experience.
  • Experience creating employee/employer-centric content for LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Instagram, etc.
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, software applications, and use of standard office equipment
  • 10% travel to local &/or regional events
Preferred
  • Experience in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Client Relationship Management (CRM) System, preferably in iCIMS.
  • Experience with creating digital and offline recruitment brand strategies.
  • Experience in a multi-regional healthcare, retail, or Dental company.
