Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in optimising the performance of our websites, enhancing the customer journey, and driving online sales. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with a passion for ecommerce and digital marketing to kick-start their career in a fast-paced and exciting industry.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the day-to-day management of the McSport.ie website and HitFitness.com, ensuring content accuracy, product visibility (merchandising), and site functionality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, procurement, and IT to execute ecommerce initiatives and campaigns.Monitor website performance metrics, analyse data, and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Support the implementation of SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.Assist in the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, and tracking.Contribute to the development and optimisation of product pages, landing pages, and conversion funnels to drive sales and improve user experience.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in ecommerce and digital marketing.Provide support to the customer service department with website-related issues as needed.Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives to support the overall growth and success of the ecommerce business.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field.Strong interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, and the sports/fitness industry.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
