- Provide individual and group supervision to social workers pursuing licensure in accordance with Sound policies, procedures, workflows, job aids, etc.
- Offer guidance and support to help licensure candidates navigate the licensure process effectively.
- Coordinate with the Sound Supervisor/Manager/Director to whom the supervisee directly reports.
- Mentor licensure candidates in developing their professional skills and competencies.
- Maintain accurate records of supervision sessions, licensure progress, and professional development activities.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required by regulatory bodies or organizational policies.
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in social work practice.
- Previous experience providing supervision or mentorship to social work professionals preferred.
- Strong understanding of licensure requirements and procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and communities.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting professional excellence in social work practice.
- Current licensure as a clinical social worker (LCSW) or equivalent licensure in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Meets the qualifications of an approved supervisor and have complete a supervision course per WAC 246-809-334
- Washington State driver’s license and insurable driving record required.
