Job Title: Production Manager

Location: VereenigingJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team in the refractory industry. The Production Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating all production activities to ensure efficient and timely production of refractory materials. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage all production processes, including mixing, molding, firing, and finishing of refractory materials
- Develop production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demand
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Manage and optimize raw material inventory to minimize waste and production costs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards
- Train, mentor, and supervise production staff to ensure high performance and teamwork
- Coordinate with other departments, such as sales, procurement, and maintenance, to streamline production processes and resolve any issues that may arise
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production performance and quality standardsQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management in the refractory industry
- Strong technical knowledge of refractory materials and manufacturing processes
- Experience with quality control and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Diploma in Production Management
Some form of instrumentation Training
Proficiency in refractory materials including classification techniques and applications
Knowledge of mould assembly
Fimiliarity with SHEQ legislation
Minimum of 8 Years experience in a manegerial role
