  • Lead Continuous Cost Quality Leadership (CCQL) and Value Added Value Engineer (VAVE) projects for Research & Development (CTO) North America in project management, global reporting and results consolidation.
  • Review scope, specification, deliverables and project plan with global and local project teams, and establish project planning/tracking.
  • Develop a project charter, project schedule planning, negotiate resources, negotiate budget, have the code revised, track the project status, make all those steps visible to all stakeholders.
  • Participate and organize local workshops, facilitate meetings, deliverables follow up and proper communication with all CTO NA engineering and related departments (supply chain, sourcing, program team, quality department, finance, field, etc).
  • Responsible for interface a benchmark analysis with other Schindler Zones like India, Brazil, China and Switzerland.
  • Work to ensure that all CCQL/VAVE projects are in compliance with existing company policies and protocol.
  • Manage cost center and project budget for CTO department including proper reporting for CTO-NA leaders and CRD-AC (Global R&D business controlling).
  • Global and Local point of contact for Finance/Budget topics for CTO projects in North America.
  • Responsible for controlling CTO North America Finance Cost center expenses, projects spending, resources and headcount.
  • Responsible for Budget, Forecast, Monthly end closing global and internal reporting.
  • Responsible to assure clear CTO Finance documentation aligned with Global rules.
  • Participate in the local CTO North America Management meeting to present financial status.
Your ExperienceBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or other closely related field of study.Plus 4 years (48 months) of work experience in the offered or other closely related alternate positions.Experiences may be concurrent. Employer is willing to accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and/or training to satisfy the minimum requirements for the position.Our Commitment
