- independent performance of the research activities in the relevant field,
- immediate escalation of any identified risks to a superior position,
- synthesis of lipids, in particular sphingolipids, and their analogues, including oxidised, deuterated or otherwise labelled lipids,
- characterization of the prepared substances by means of physical methods,
- experimental planning and coordination within the team and with international researchers,
- presentation and publication of the achieved results on an international level,
- involvement in the preparation of related national and international projects,
- participation in key project activities with an emphasis on application potential.
- An advantage is 1 first-authored publication, a letter of recommendation from 2 experts in the field (at least 1 from a foreign workplace), required education in the relevant field, grant activity, active knowledge of the English language.
- Scientific and publication activity in the field of organic or pharmaceutical chemistry is an advantage.
- Experience with organic synthesis and physicochemical methods of characterization of substances.
- Education in the field of organic or pharmaceutical chemistry.
