As a Greenhouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in the agricultural industry, ensuring the successful growth and cultivation of plants in state-of-the-art greenhouses. AB-Recruitment provides individuals with the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment, contributing to the production of high-quality crops that serve both local and international markets.As a Greenhouse Worker at AB-Recruitment, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to greenhouse maintenance, plant care, and crop production. Your responsibilities may include planting seeds, propagating plants, watering and fertilizing crops, monitoring and controlling pests and diseases, and harvesting crops at the appropriate time.We value individuals who are passionate about agriculture and have a keen eye for detail. By ensuring the proper care of our greenhouse facilities, you will help create an optimal environment for plant growth and contribute to the overall success of agricultural operations.Responsibilities

Monitor plants for proper growth and make adjustments as needed
Water and fertilize crops at appropriate time
Harvest crops at the right time and with proper techniques
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow health and safety guidelines

Requirements

Prior experience in greenhouse or agriculture-related work is preferred, but not required
Knowledge of plant care and cultivation techniques is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
Basic understanding of health and safety protocols
Flexibility to work shifts and weekends if required
Basic knowledge of English

Benefits13,27 euro per hour . 2148 euro gross monthly when working fulltime.Vacation money, a 8 percent of yearly salary.Help with organizing documents, transport and housing.5 month contract what automatically renews by good performing.Depends on which company, but most of the time overtime is paid with 135 percent on Saturdays.
