Job DescriptionOur client is an international company that activates in the manufacturing sector, currently looking for a professional who will have the role of Strategic Buyer in a new team.Strategic BuyerResponsibilities:
Lead price and conditions negotiations for production materials with international suppliers
Negotiate and finalize contracts
Supplier management including risk management of key suppliers
Participate in the development and implementation of category strategies
Analyze international procurement markets
Participate in supplier audits and support material disposition in production facilities during supply shortages
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable technical/commercial education with relevant additional qualifications
Relevant professional experience in procurement in an industrial, technical environment
Advanced negotiation skills as well as a high degree of independence and responsibility
Fluent written and spoken English
Very good MS Office skills and experience with SAP R/3
Willingness to travel
